Discussion held around: 1/ Counsellor CW introduced self and purpose of call. 2/ Mother Renay stated she does not see Charlotte of having the need to talk a counsellor. Charlotte does not seem to talk much about it. 3/ Counsellor CW stated purpose of counselling is to address the affects of the abuse. 4/ Counsellor CW checked-in with mother Renay to close Charlotte's referral. Mother Renay stated to close her referral for now. 5/ Counsellor CW advised mother Renay that she can contact PH for referral in the future.
